Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return ( 5 days with 25% restocking Fee of total amount)
• State of return ( Product can not be opened, used, been installed, nor tried to be installed)
• ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, ARTIFICIAL TURF AND WINDOWS/DOORS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
• Reason for return ( Damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (Customer must send a email to Info@EnvisionHomeLLC.com explain reason for product return and with supporting information)
